The Challenge

I partnered with Marketing Together to deliver a highly interactive commission calculator for AgentChoice, designed to handle complex, real-world pricing scenarios within a WordPress environment. The platform needed to calculate real estate commissions dynamically based on suburb, sale price ranges and tiered commission structures, all while remaining fast, intuitive and easy for users to understand.

I was responsible for the full website functional architecture and development. This included developing the calculation logic from scratch, building a custom JavaScript engine to handle dynamic tier switching and progressive sliders, and integrating everything seamlessly with Gravity Forms using fully custom CSS for precise control over layout and behaviour.

The result

The result is a powerful, conversion-focused tool that allows users to instantly see accurate commission outcomes as they adjust values in real time. All calculations update dynamically based on suburb data, commission tiers and sale price thresholds, delivering clarity and confidence at every interaction. This solution significantly improved usability and conversion performance, transforming a traditionally complex pricing model into a simple, intuitive experience.
